Sherry Strong is a food philosopher who has set out to enhance the world by helping people develop a healthier relationship with food, their body and the planet.  She also is the Founder of the Return to Food Academy where she trains people to become food coaches!  She has written a book Return to Food: The Life Changing Anti-Diet, which challenges prescriptive approaches to diet, eating and food and eliminates confusion around healthy foods!

Some things you will learn:

  • If you cannot get it in nature, not only do you not need it, it is harmful to yourself and the planet
